The location was magnificent, quite a walk from a state-of-the-art gallery. The breakfast was delicious and complete with champagne, an already hefty rate, an open ear for special requests.

Facilities were beautiful, but Wi-Fi was very poor.

Accommodation was spacious and luxurious, beds were comfy. Our superior double room was brand-new with a quiet bedroom and delightful views. Its personnel was really helpful and caring, no complaints whatsoever. We ate a good hot and delicious breakfast in the bar.

All in all everything was beautiful, had an absolutely amazing stay on my second visit. The breakfast was hot and delicious with an open ear for special requests, nice view, an already hefty rate, and the restaurant's offer was brilliant.

Spotless and silent rooms with lovely views! Had excellent a Nespresso coffee machine and a writing table. Modern building, particularly good and incredible location really close to centre of town and in particular Oude Mkt, historic Leuven and beautiful hotel's garden. Also, very near the center.

The location for Leuven was peaceful, really close to the Grote Markt, restaurants, museums, and gardens and the historical sites & the University.

Very clean, very friendly and well informed staff and great atmosphere. Rooms were spacious and well equipped.

Building work has started to expand the hotel and although this did not affect us it might start to for the next year or so as the work continues.

Parking is a nightmare, no shower in bathroom

This place is a great option for a one-night stay and is conveniently located near popular attractions. The bed was comfortable and we were happy with it. We also enjoyed the breakfast for an additional charge of 15 EUR per person.

Although the place was not the easiest to find the hotel's staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Address needs to be updated on Booked.net website. The hotel itself is beyond the average requirements with its particular millieu.

It was a little bit difficult to manage our package to get to the Hotel from the parking lot, although it is changing soon as we learned.

Our room (stayed with my sister for 5 nights) was very nice and clean. We loved the spacious bathroom and the fact that we didn't hear any noises from outside or the other rooms. This hotel is quite classy and seemed romantic for those who seek that...

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort with its modern amenities such as the air conditioning and sitting area. I also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The in-room breakfast was a real treat, and I loved being able to enjoy it in the comfort of my own room. the service here was top-notch and truly made my stay memorable.

Not enough shelf space and no drawers for unpacking clothes for a few days. Only hanging space was provided. Other shelves already used for a safe and a bar fridge.
